Christy is a fantastic communicator and the space is lovely. The pool was so relaxing and the kitchen is very spacious with a nice large dining table for board games or gatherings. Our dogs had a blast running around in the large fenced yard. There are a few places the fence has a very small gap here and there that our dogs would never be able to get through, but a determined dog might need close supervision. The fence itself was in great shape. The property is well maintained. We did not fully appreciate the temps in July in Redding, so definitely check the weather! The house has AC, which is super appreciated. We also did not quite appreciate the distance from Mt. Shasta. Because you have to drive up the mountain, its about 1 hour to the Mt. Shasta hikes. We had an incredibly relaxing and pleasant time and Christy is a fantastic host.

The host was very kind and accommodating. Loved the natural cleaning supplies and Mrs. Meyers soap. If you’re looking for an elevated home away from home, this is the perfect place for you. Also, everyone loved the beds! Thank you again :)
